About the Role:

As a UI/UX Lead at WinZO, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the design vision for our platform, catering to millions of users globally. Your responsibilities will go beyond just optimizing existing designs—you will lead the development of intuitive, user-centric solutions while aligning with business objectives. In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor designers while driving innovation in a fast-paced environment. 


What you will do:

  • Strategic Design Leadership: Define, implement, and oversee a user-centric design strategy aligned with business objectives. Act as a thought leader, mentoring the team and driving innovation in product design.
  • Design Ownership: Take complete ownership of the end-to-end design lifecycle, including planning, conceptualizing, and executing designs that deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
  • Optimization and Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and refine existing design systems, flows, and components to improve user experience and meet evolving business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on user and business requirements, ensuring design feasibility and consistency.
  • User Research and Insights: Drive user research initiatives, collect and analyze feedback, and transform insights into actionable design improvements and prototypes.
  • Design Innovation: Identify opportunities for introducing cutting-edge design trends and tools that enhance creativity and product differentiation.


What You Should Have:

  • Relevant experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in leading teams and delivering large-scale projects.
  • proven track record of designing complex, high-impact user experiences with measurable results.
  • robust design portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user flows, and usability principles.
  • Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Experience managing, mentoring, and growing a team of designers while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate design ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, while incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Data-Driven Design: Strong understanding of usability testing, A/B testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with front-end technologies to better collaborate with development teams and align on design implementation.
  • Problem-Solving and Vision: A critical thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions that align with long-term product goals.


Tools you should know:

  • UX Tools: Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD
  • UI Animation & Prototyping: Flinto, Principle, Framer or similar tools.
  • Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Publishing Tools: Zeplin, Sympli.
  • Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
